as we are currently in lockdown, i am posting all orders on my daily walk to the post box. for this reason tracking is currently unavailable. royal mail are working as hard as possible to ensure that postal services are running as normal, however orders are currently taking anywhere between 2-14 working days to arrive at your door. if post offices do close, your orders will be shipped as soon as they re-open.
is my parcel safe?
myself & family members in my home are currently not experiencing any symptoms. if any of us do start to show symptoms orders will be put on hold for the government recommendation for the self isolation period. i wash my hands thoroughly between orders & wear gloves whilst making them. but if you want to be super safe, give your hands a wash after you have applied your nails and they have dried.
how do i place an order?
you can order all products listed via the website or you can contact me on instagram (@leannehaycocknailartist) to order custom designed sets or to chat more about an order.
i didn't get a confirmation email
please check your junk/spam box for your confirmation email, sometimes they end up in there
how long will my order take?
i am a one-woman-band, however i do aim to get orders through my door 1-14 days from confirmation of your order. usually the lower end of the scale, but could be longer during busy periods.
my nails don't fit
i will not be held responsible for incorrect measurements provided. please ensure that the measurements which you provide are correct as changes cannot be made to orders after production has begun.
do you ship internationally?
i currently only ship within the UK, sorry!
how is my order shipped?
i post all orders via royal mail 2nd class post & this is free as standard with all orders. you may upgrade your shipping if you wish at additional cost.
my order hasn't arrived
please allow 8 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them free of charge. We collect proof of postage, which can help locate lost post through Royal Mail.
can i return my order?
due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.

my items are incorrect/damaged/faulty
in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect then please contact me as soon as possible with all of the details. you may be asked to provide photographs so that we can assess the issue. decisions about refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis.
